Job Summary:
As a member of the Communications & Marketing team, the Multimedia Content Coordinator is a full-time, in-person position. The responsibilities of the position involve the development of digital and print content, managing content creation and distribution workflows, and collaborating with Communications & Marketing team and freelance writers, photographers, and multimedia professionals to produce compelling stories that raise awareness of and support for the work of the people and initiatives of the Diocese of Green Bay.
The coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to produce content that will be shared across multiple print and digital communication channels. The coordinator is also responsible for leading the production of all On Mission media, including the Diocese’s bi-monthly magazine and weekly e-newsletter.
The coordinator will work closely with the Communications & Marketing team’s video, social media, marketing coordinators, and web content management specialists to produce content for distribution across multiple print and digital channels.
The successful incumbent in this role will bring a combination of excellent writing skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with both Communications & Marketing team colleagues and external contractors. The coordinator will plan an essential role in ensuring that the Diocese of Green Bay and On Mission Media communications efforts are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with the organization’s overall mission and vision.
