Catholic Review Media and the Archdiocese of Baltimore seek a journalist and web professional as Digital Content Coordinator for a hybrid position in Baltimore, Maryland. The role is primarily responsible for maintaining the Catholic Review Media website (catholicreview.org) and posting content to the site, especially web-exclusive content. The coordinator will also assist with certain aspects of maintaining the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s website (archbalt.org). The Digital Content Coordinator is expected to work with the Managing Editor to produce “quick-turnaround” stories, often rewrites of news releases or brief stories based on single-interview reporting. The Digital Content Coordinator will also be assigned more in-depth news and feature stories and may be asked to produce videos. WordPress experience strongly preferred.
