We are looking for an experienced Webmaster to join our Communications team. If you love managing and optimizing websites this role is for you. This role is responsible for managing and executing the archdiocesan website strategy based on specific goals and objectives.
This team player must have excellent communication skills and excel at managing WordPress websites, including front-end and back-end technical expertise, plugin and theme management, tools and components experience, and experience with training, supporting and overseeing other website editors.
A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working with WordPress in a cloud-hosted environment (e.g., Azure), possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be comfortable managing budget, vendors and third-party support. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and experience with spreadsheets and dashboards to inform strategy is essential.
