Episcopal Church News Reporter

Remote

The Living Church Foundation seeks an experienced reporter to cover Episcopal Church news remotely, writing an average of two stories per week, with responsibility for the institutional news beat in consultation with editorial staff. The expected commitment is about 12 hours per week. This would be a good anchor position for a freelance journalist.

Knowledge of Episcopal Church polity and culture are very helpful. Experience covering an institutional beat is essential. We believe that reporters who have covered the Catholic Church's institutional life could make the transition to this role without much difficulty. Compensation will be competitive, and expenses for occasional travel will be fully covered.

Applicants should send a resume and three samples of recent newswriting to Mark Michael, editor-in-chief, [email protected].
