About the position: The Digital Leader will play a key role in leading the digital strategy for our projects focused on social impact communication. The ideal candidate must have a strategic vision and a passion for social causes, helping our clients connect with their audiences through digital campaigns that promote positive change. This role involves managing the overall digital presence, advertising campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for campaigns that promote social, humanitarian, and environmental causes.
- Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on social media and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram, ensuring efficient budget use.
- Coordinate and optimize digital content, improving user experience and engagement on clients' websites and social media platforms.
- Lead web and app development projects, ensuring that digital products meet client goals and requirements.
- Manage the development team (web and app developers, designers), facilitate communication between them and other internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage SEO and SEM to maximize project visibility and increase organic traffic.
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and provide reports for clients.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and account teams to ensure digital messages align with campaign goals.
- Oversee community management on social media, ensuring responses align with brand values and the causes we represent.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and propose innovations to enhance campaign impact.
Candidate profile:
Location: Buenos Aires or Barcelona.
Dedication: Full-time.
Experience/skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media.
- Previous experience in managing development teams and leading web or app development projects.
- Proficient in digital data analysis and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Metricool, among others.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, and optimization of online campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Ability to develop creative strategies that connect with diverse audiences and promote social change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams, clients, and strategic partners.
- Passion for communication oriented towards social causes and shared values.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus.
Languages:
- Spanish.
- Excellent level of English (exclusive).
- Italian will be well-valued.
