Bayard Inc. is currently seeking a creative and organized individual to join our marketing team. We are looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator in our Fenton, MO office. In this role, you will work with the Senior Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy to maintain the department's day-to-day marketing responsibilities and support multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns for new, backlist, periodical titles, and outreach across various channels.

· Manage, monitor, and report on campaign performance across print and digital platforms.

· Craft content that aligns with our brand, engaging audiences and driving connections. 

· Product planning for conferences and trade shows, including travel to select events.

· Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

· Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials.

· Assist in managing programs to retain existing subscribers and donors, renewals series and other personalized print, digital communications, and customer service improvements

· Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.

· Track and analyze website and social media analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts.

· Support email marketing and digital campaigns (closely working with digital marketing team for Google, social media, Amazon campaigns), incl. A/B testing.

· Work with circulation analyst and production team for print orders and fulfillment to ensure efficient and effective delivery of periodical subscribers.

· Coordinate the portfolio of product lines at trade shows, conventions, and other faith-based events

· Assist in developing materials and presentations to effectively showcase products and services.

· Track and report on event performance and follow up on leads generated.
